Lisa Marie Haines, 55, of Black River Falls, formerly of Whitehall and Tomah, passed away at Marshfield Medical Center on Sunday, December 27, 2020. Lisa was born January 26, 1965 in Tomah to Raymond and Judith Eckelberg. She married Michael P. Haines on October 14, 1989 outside at the Whitehall Rod and Gun. Lisa loved the outdoors, fishing, woodworking, arts, and crafts and going on rides on the moped. She loved her family and with her lovely personality made friends with everyone she met. Lisa did care for Handicapped children before her marriage and did run a day care after she had her children. She had worked at Pamida in Arcadia as an office specialist. Lisa was a member of Little Norway Lutheran Church and sang in the choir. Survivors include her husband Michael of Black River Falls; two daughters, Jordana “Jordy” (Daniel) Smith of Whitehall and Mikhael (Jordan) Langrehr of Rockland, Wis.; her mother, Judy Piquette of Black River Falls; her father, Raymond Eckelberg of Tomah; two brothers, Scott Eckelberg of Hixton and Kevin (Jenni) Eckelberg of Tomah; three grandchildren, Aiden-Marie Haines, Rory and Roman Langrehr. She was preceded in death by stepfather, Albert Piquette; stepmother, Joyce Eckelberg; grandparents and many aunts and uncles. Private family services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 4, 2021 at Squaw Creek Lutheran Church, rural Black River Falls with Rev. Denise Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Little Norway Lutheran Church Cemetery. Public visitation will be held from noon until 2:00 p.m. at the church using COVID-19 guidelines.
