Richard Johnson

OSSEO – Richard M. Johnson, 63, of Osseo, died Sunday, February 21, 2010 at Luther Hospital, Eau Claire. He was born July 13, 1946 in Eau Claire to Maurice and Ruth (Evenson) Johnson. Richard is survived by his mother, Ruth Johnson, of Osseo; four brothers, Jerald Johnson, LeRoy Johnson, and Joe (Julie) Johnson, all of Osseo, and Dale Johnson of Hixton; six sisters, Marge Johnson and Beverly Kittelson both of Osseo, Kari Jo Johnson of Blair, Julie Brackin of Buffalo City, Bonnie (Todd) Holmen of Strum and Shelly Johnson of Fairchild; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Maurice “Kooga” Johnson, a sister, Donna Sturz, and two nephews, Tom Livingston and Travis Dale Johnson. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 26, 2010 at Osseo Evangelical Lutheran Church. Burial will be in the Osseo Cemetery at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
