Annie M. Prudlick

STRUM – Annie M. Prudlick, 69, of rural Strum, died Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Tri-County Memorial Nursing Home, Whitehall. Annie was born July 6, 1940 in Hale Township, Trempealeau County, to Arthur and Bernice (Johnson) Halvorson. She married Herman Prudlick December 27, 1971 in Eau Claire. He died February 18, 1999. Annie farmed with her husband in Chimney Rock Township and was a secretary at Eleva-Strum High School for many years. She was a member of Chimney Rock Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid. Survivors include her son, Bruce of rural Strum; brother-in-law, Edward (Sharon) Prudlick of Strum; sister-in-law, Lois Prudlick (Cletus) Pronschinske of Independence; and many cousins. Annie was preceded in death by her husband and parents. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at Chimney Rock Lutheran Church, rural Strum, with Rev. Paul Tobiason officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday at Edison Funeral Home, Independence, and from noon until time of service at the church.
