Marie Ann Moga

Marie Ann Moga, 63, of Independence, died Thursday, July 30, 2015 at her home. She was born May 12, 1952 in Arcadia, to Peter and Delores (Bisek) Klink. Marie married Daniel Moga on September 18, 1971 at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Independence. Marie was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, its women's organization, rosary society. Her faith was important to her. She loved to play bingo, travel and bowled for many years. She was so proud of her grandchildren and loved to watch them play and grow. Survivors include her two daughters, Cindy (Craig Bergerson) Truog of Northfield, Wis. and Sandra (Jason) Steig of York, Wis.; mother, Delores Klink of Independence; five grandchildren, Bayli, Alex and Brianna Truog and Deacon and Emerson Steig; two sisters, Joyce (Ed) Forsythe of Arcadia and Elaine Conrad of Independence; good friend, Linda Middleton of Independence and Lucky. Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Moga and her father, Peter Klink. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at St. John's Catholic Church, Whitehall. Burial will be in the SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Monday, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. followed by a rosary, at Edison Funeral Home, Independence, and one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday.
